About The Foundry Brewpub

Canterbury Brewers & Distillers was founded and is run by myself (Jon Mills) and my wife Jodie with help from our fantastic team.  
My passion is the brewing and distilling, I love concocting fabulous new flavours using natural ingredients each with a story behind them. 
 

Background

We are based in the heart of Canterbury, and our brew pub and restaurant continues to have great success with our carefully-crafted beer and spirits on-site, and alongside our flavourful collection of drinks, our very own circular economy has also been a big success.

Product Description

You'll not find drinks like ours anywhere else - that's what makes us so different and to be honest, so special. 
The vast majority of drinks are made here on the premises; we literally do take you on the journey from grain to glass and our chef Henry freshly prepares all our meals in The Foundry Kitchen using local ingredients whenever possible.
